Verification Policy
Requirements and process for verifying Rajouri Garden residency.
Last updated: July 10, 2026
This policy details the requirements and processes of the Rajouri residence verification system. Verification is mandatory for platform access.
1. Proof of Residence Requirements
Accepted documents include:
- Electricity Bill (BSES Yamuna / Rajdhani)
- Water Bill (Delhi Jal Board)
- Gas connection bill (Indraprastha Gas Limited)
- Broadband or Wi-Fi invoice
- Landline telephone bill
Documents must be dated within the last 3 months and clearly show a match between the registered name, flat/house number, and Rajouri Garden address.
2. Processing Timeline
Block coordinators aim to review submissions within 2–4 hours during active hours (8 AM – 10 PM IST). Submissions outside these hours are processed the next morning. If address details are unclear or the document scan is low quality, status changes to “Re-upload Requested” with specific moderator comments.
3. Rejection Criteria
Applications may be rejected for:
- Address outside Rajouri Garden boundaries
- Document older than 3 months
- Name or address mismatch with registration details
- Edited, forged, or illegible documents
- Duplicate account for an already-verified address
4. Ongoing Verification
Admin teams perform periodic audits. If a verified resident relocates out of Rajouri Garden, their privileges are suspended. Residents may update their address through a re-verification process.
5. Data Handling
Uploaded documents are stored securely and accessed only by verification administrators. See our Privacy Policy for full details on document retention and handling.
